HE The President of the Republic, José Antonio Kast, makes a cabinet change this Friday and appoints Francisco Riveros as the new Minister of Sports. Francisco Leonel Riveros Cantuarias is a lawyer and MBA from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has extensive experience in legal matters, corporate governance and business management. His managerial and institutional management career at the Palestine Sports Club is especially noteworthy, where he carried out relevant work in the leadership field. Likewise, he served as Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer of Betterfly and held various positions at the Said Group. He also has academic experience at the University of the Andes and the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Until his recent appointment, Riveros served as an advisor to the Presidency of the Republic. With this appointment, President Kast advances in the formation of his Government team, reaffirming his commitment to a management focused on the priorities of Chilean families and the fulfillment of the objectives established for this new stage of the Administration.
