Congratulations to the Class of 2026! 🎉

Today, it was my distinct honor as Chancellor to preside over the 45th University of Zimbabwe Graduation Ceremony at our main campus in Harare.

We proudly capped 7,132 graduands who are now equipped with undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral qualifications. Among them are dedicated professionals, including Deputy Chief Secretary for Presidential Communications Mr George Charamba and several of our media leaders, who continue to advance their skills to better serve our nation.

Through Education 5.0, our universities are no longer just centers of literacy, but hubs of innovation, production, and industrialization. To all the graduates: you are the drivers of our modern economy. Go out there, innovate, create industries, and build the Zimbabwe we all want.
