Conducted the Stavka. The key issue is the funding needed for our Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine for the autumn-winter period. We identified the main deficits and additional needs for the development of the most innovative and technological types of weapons, the acceleration of the production of our shock weapons and new types of defensive weapons, in particular, jet interceptors. Intelligence has provided an update on Russia's plans - preparing countermeasures and our asymmetric countermeasures. In a weekly format, we analyze the results of long-range sanctions against Russia, as well as medium-range sanctions. The defined sanctions plan is being implemented, and we are quickly adjusting priorities so that Ukraine's capabilities are 100% in line with the need to achieve all the goals of our sanctions plan. Ihor Klymenko reported on the state of implementation of the decisions of the Stavka and the National Security Council and areas that require additional attention. There was also a separate report of the special services on the state of performance of spot operations regarding collaborators in the temporarily occupied territory, in particular in Sevastopol, who are participating in Russian strikes against Ukraine and Ukrainians. Провів Ставку. Ключове питання – фінансування, яке потрібне для наших Сил оборони і безпеки України на осінньо-зимовий період. Визначили основні дефіцити й додаткові потреби для розвитку найбільш інноваційних і технологічних видів зброї, прискорення виробництва наших ударних засобів та нових типів захисної зброї, зокрема реактивних перехоплювачів. Розвідки надали оновлену інформацію щодо планів Росії – готуємо протидію та наші асиметричні контрзаходи. У щотижневому форматі аналізуємо результати далекобійних санкцій проти Росії, а також санкцій середньої дальності. Визначений план санкцій виконується, і оперативно корегуємо пріоритети так, щоб спроможності України на 100% відповідали необхідності досягти всіх цілей нашого плану санкцій. Ігор Клименко доповів про стан виконання рішень Ставки і РНБО та напрямки, які потребують додаткової уваги. Була й окрема доповідь спеціальних служб про стан виконання точкових операцій щодо колаборантів на тимчасово окупованій території, зокрема у Севастополі, які беруть участь в російських ударах проти України і українців. Відповідальність колаборантів неминуча. Слава Україні!
