Puente Antonio Guzmán queda abierto al tránsito y devuelve a La Vega una conexión anhelada
La Vega.– The Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) reported that the Antonio Guzmán Bridge, over the Camú River, will be open to the public for vehicular and pedestrian use starting Thursday, August 13 at 2:00 in the afternoon, thus reestablishing the connection between different sectors of this important city of La Vega.
The new structure is part of the intervention carried out by the MOPC to replace the old bridge and improve the safety and road connectivity conditions at this point. For the MOPC, the priority has been that a work of this nature is not only completed, but that it can be put at the service of the population with high safety standards.
The bridge remains at the service of the population, while the MOPC continues to monitor other road infrastructure interventions carried out in the province of La Vega.
