<Measures against high prices ②>
First of all, the ``Reiwa 7 supplementary budget'' released at the end of last year, which included support of more than 80,000 yen per year per household (a couple with two children), is still being implemented.
The ``measures against high prices'' that were approved by the Diet at the end of last year may not have reached your doorstep yet, depending on your area.
Specifically, ・The ``Childcare Support Allowance to Respond to High Prices'' (20,000 yen per child) has already been paid in all municipalities by the end of July this year, and we believe that it is gradually reaching many people. ・The "Priority Support Local Grants" are used as funds for projects carried out by each local government, such as payments to households, subsidies for LP gas bills, and support for small and medium-sized enterprises in the red, and small-scale businesses, but all municipalities have just begun "partially starting these projects" in June of this year.
The 100 billion yen worth of ``Priority Support Local Grants'' accumulated in the ``Reiwa 8th Supplementary Budget'' will be distributed to each local government from late August.
In addition, in the "Initial Budget for FY2020," economic and price trends, etc. were reflected in official prices, and as part of the so-called "free education," ・``Expansion of high school tuition support'' that eliminates income requirements and grants up to 457,000 yen for private full-time high schools ・``Drastic reduction of the burden of school lunch expenses'', which subsidizes about 5,200 yen per person for school lunch expenses at public elementary schools. Measures such as these have also been included and are already being implemented.

＜物価高対策②＞ まず、1世帯（夫婦子2人）当たり、標準的に年間8万円を超える支援を盛り込んだ昨年末の「令和7年度補正予算」は、現在も執行中です。 昨年末に国会でお認めいただいた「物価高対策」は、お住まいの地域によっては、まだお手元に届いていないものもあります。 具体的には、 ・「物価高対応子育て応援手当」（子ども一人当たり2万円）は、全ての市区町村で今年7月末までに支給開始済みであり、順次、多くの方々のお手元に届いているものと考えています。 ・「重点支援地方交付金」は、各自治体が行うご家庭への給付や、LPガス代への補助、赤字中小企業・小規模事業者への支援などの事業の原資として活用されますが、今年6月に全ての市町村で「一部事業開始」になったばかりです。 「令和8年度補正予算」で積み増した1,000億円分の「重点支援地方交付金」ついては、8月下旬から、各自治体に対して交付されていきます。 また、「令和8年度当初予算」においては、公定価格に経済・物価動向等を反映させたほか、いわゆる「教育無償化」として、 ・収入要件を撤廃し、私立の全日制高校で45万7,000円まで助成する「高校の就学支援金拡充」 ・公立小学校の給食費について、一人当たり5,200円程度を補助する「学校給食費の抜本的負担軽減」 といった施策も計上し、既に実施されています。
