We held a meeting with the valuable relatives of our beloved martyrs and our esteemed veterans at the Presidential Complex, the House of the Nation. This homeland, where we live freely, in peace and security, is entrusted to us by our martyrs and veterans. The relatives of our beloved martyrs who gave their lives and gave blood to protect the unity and integrity of this country are entrusted to us. With this understanding, we have so far taken care of the trusts of our martyrs and veterans by mobilizing all the resources of our state. From now on, we will continue to do whatever needs to be done within the framework of our state's possibilities. Our Parliament took an important step this week in the Terror-Free Turkey process, which we are carrying out to save our country from the scourge of terrorism. Turkey has reached this stage, above all, thanks to the heroic struggle of the sons of the country, the fortitude of your families and the successes our state has achieved, especially in the defense industry in recent years. Hopefully, by acting with patience, common sense and coolness, we will save Turkey from this trouble forever.

Aziz şehitlerimizin değerli yakınlarıyla ve muhterem gazilerimizle Cumhurbaşkanlığı Külliyesi’nde, Milletin Evi’nde bir buluşma gerçekleştirdik. Üzerinde özgürce, huzur ve güven içinde yaşadığımız bu vatan bize şehit ve gazilerimizin emanetidir. Bu ülkenin birlik ve bütünlüğünü korumak için can veren, kan veren aziz şehitlerimizin yakınları bizlere emanettir. Bu anlayışla şimdiye kadar şehitlerimizin emanetlerine ve gazilerimize devletimizin tüm imkânlarını seferber ederek sahip çıktık. Bundan sonra da ne yapılması gerekiyorsa devletimizin imkânları çerçevesinde inşallah yapmaya devam edeceğiz. Ülkemizi terör belasından kurtarmak amacıyla yürüttüğümüz Terörsüz Türkiye sürecinde Meclisimiz bu hafta önemli bir adım attı. Türkiye, bu aşamaya her şeyden önce vatan evlatlarının kahramanca mücadelesi, ailelerinizin metaneti ve devletimizin özellikle son yıllarda savunma sanayisinde elde ettiği başarılar sayesinde gelmiştir. İnşallah sabır, sağduyu ve serinkanlılıkla hareket ederek Türkiye’yi bu sıkıntıdan ebediyen kurtaracağız.
