<Sunshine becomes industry, energy becomes jobs>
A solar power complex has taken its first step in Haenam, at the end of the earth. The clean energy produced here will solidly support Korea's future industries.
High-tech industries such as semiconductors and AI can grow significantly only when there is stable power. We hope that Haenam's clean energy will become a driving force for the Honam semiconductor cluster and AI data center and become a valuable foundation for preparing for the next 100 years of Korea.
What is most meaningful is that energy transition leads to industrial growth and regional vitality. Locally produced energy will grow local industries and create more jobs and new opportunities.
We hope that this project will be a turning point in alleviating concentration in the metropolitan area and overcoming the crisis of regional extinction. I believe that the change that started in Haenam will spread beyond Honam to every corner of Korea.
