Our young people should never hesitate to get married because of the government's policies. To this end, we have been instructed to closely investigate and report on the institutional disadvantages that may be experienced due to marriage.
We heard a variety of opinions through youth forums, real estate forums, and reviews of related ministries. In the process, 22 tasks that directly affect housing and asset formation, such as loans, subscriptions, and taxation, were first proposed.
We will carefully examine each one to see if there are any areas that need improvement and whether the plan will be fair and of practical help to everyone.
I want to listen to the voices of the people and work together to create changes big and small that can be felt in real life. In addition, if there is a system that you think is unreasonable, please feel free to tell us.
The government will fulfill its responsibility to ensure that marriage is not a burden but a hopeful new start.

우리 청년들이 국가의 정책 때문에 결혼을 망설이는 일은 결코 없어야 합니다. 이를 위해 결혼으로 인해 겪을 수 있는 제도상 불이익을 면밀히 조사해 보고할 것을 지시했습니다. 청년 포럼과 부동산 토론회, 관계부처 검토 등을 통해 다양한 의견을 들었습니다. 그 과정에서 대출, 청약, 세제와 같이 주거와 자산 형성에 직접 영향을 미치는 스물두 개 과제가 우선 제안되었습니다. 개선이 필요한 부분이 있는지, 또 그 방안이 모두에게 공정하고 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있을지 하나씩 꼼꼼히 살펴보려 합니다. 국민 여러분의 목소리를 듣고, 실제 체감하실 수 있는 크고 작은 변화를 함께 만들어가고 싶습니다. 이외에도 불합리하다 생각하는 제도가 있을 경우 편하게 말씀해 주시면 좋겠습니다. 결혼이 부담이 아닌 희망찬 새 출발이 될 수 있도록 정부의 책임을 다하겠습니다.
