These areas and surrounding areas are experiencing heavy rains that have never been experienced before. Please exercise the utmost caution.
Please check the hazard map and if you are in an area where there is a risk of flooding or landslides, please check the evacuation information and weather information issued by local governments and weather observatories.
In areas where alert level 5 ``emergency safety'' has been issued, lives are in danger. Please follow the instructions of your local authorities and ensure your own safety immediately.
Even in areas where alert level 5 ``emergency safety assurance'' has not been issued, when an alert level 4 ``evacuation order'' is issued, everyone in dangerous areas is requested to follow the instructions of the local government and evacuate to an evacuation site or a safe relative's or acquaintance's home while ensuring their own safety.
If moving to an evacuation center is actually dangerous, do not push yourself too hard and prioritize actions that will save your life, such as moving to a slightly safer space than your current location, such as a place away from a cliff or a high place that is less likely to flood.
The government reorganized the ``Information Office for Heavy Rains during the Reiwa 8th Flood Season'' established at the Prime Minister's Crisis Management Center into the ``Prime Minister's Office Liaison Office'' at 9:50 p.m. today, and is making every effort to respond by ascertaining the damage situation and providing timely and accurate information to the public.

これまでに、千葉県千葉市、市川市、船橋市、松戸市、佐倉市、習志野市、柏市、市原市、八千代市、我孫子市、鎌ヶ谷市、四街道市、印西市、白井市、八街市、東金市、大網白里市、茂原市に「レベル５大雨特別警報」が発表されています。 これらの地域や周辺地域では、これまでに経験したことのないような大雨となっています。最大級の警戒をお願いします。 ハザードマップを確認し、浸水や土砂災害のおそれがある区域にいる方は、地方自治体や気象台から発表される避難情報や気象情報をご確認ください。 警戒レベル５の「緊急安全確保」が発令されている地域では、命の危険が迫っています。 地方自治体の指示に従い、直ちに身の安全を確保してください。 警戒レベル５の「緊急安全確保」が発令されていない地域でも、警戒レベル４の「避難指示」が発令されたタイミングで、地方自治体の指示に従い、身の安全を確保しつつ、危険な場所にいる全員が避難場所や安全な親戚・知人宅などに避難するようお願いします。 避難所までの移動がかえって危険な場合は、無理をせず、崖から離れた場所や浸水しにくい高い場所など、今いる場所よりも少しでも安全な空間に移動するなど、命を守る行動を最優先してください。 政府としては、官邸危機管理センターに設置した「令和８年出水期の大雨に関する情報連絡室」を本日２１時５０分に「官邸連絡室」に改組し、被害状況の把握、国民の皆様に対する適時的確な情報提供などの対応に全力で当たっています。
