Today we bring them huge news in the field of housing.
About 20,000 opportunities to purchase an apartment or land under preferential conditions in 2026-2027. About 16,000 apartments at a target price and about 4,000 lots for detached construction.
We are increasing the priority for reservists in the "discounted apartment" lotteries from 50% to 75% of the apartments, with special priority for reservists.
The winners of the apartments will benefit from a discount of over half a million shekels.
In National Priority A areas, reservists will be able to receive lots for detached construction with full exemption from paying the value of the land, with the exception of development costs.
All this is added to the approximately NIS 25 billion we have already transferred to the reservists and their families in grants and benefits.

המילואימניקים הגיבורים שלנו נותנים הכול למדינה, ומגיע להם הכול. היום אנחנו מביאים להם בשורה ענקית בתחום הדיור. כ־20,000 הזדמנויות לרכישת דירה או קרקע בתנאים מועדפים בשנים 2026–2027. כ־16,000 דירות במחיר מטרה וכ־4,000 מגרשים לבנייה צמודת קרקע. אנחנו מגדילים את העדיפות למשרתי המילואים בהגרלות ״דירה בהנחה״ מ־50% ל־75% מהדירות, עם עדיפות מיוחדת ללוחמי המילואים. הזוכים בדירות ייהנו מהנחה של למעלה מחצי מיליון שקל. באזורי עדיפות לאומית א׳, משרתי מילואים יוכלו לקבל מגרשים לבנייה צמודת קרקע בפטור מלא מתשלום על ערך הקרקע, למעט עלויות הפיתוח. כל זה מצטרף לכ־25 מיליארד ש״ח שכבר העברנו למשרתי המילואים ולמשפחותיהם במענקים ובהטבות. ממילואים למפתח. מי שמגן על הבית של כולנו, ראוי שנעזור לו לבנות את הבית שלו.
