Another resounding blow against narcoterrorism.
Dubán Ramiro Castillo Cortés, alias “Max Max”, the main explosiveist of the Jacobo Arenas Western Block and the Jaime Martínez structure, with nearly 10 years of criminal history, was discharged.
This bandit was responsible for the murder of many members of our Public Force and terrorist attacks that caused death and pain among hundreds of civilians. In addition, he worked as an explosives instructor and was responsible for dozens of criminal actions. A reward of up to $500 million was offered for him.
The operation took place in the La Cabaña village, rural area of Jamundí, Valle del Cauca.
I'm going for everyone. There will be no place where they can hide from justice and our Public Force. Whoever attacks the life and safety of Colombians will have to respond.

Fue dado de baja Dubán Ramiro Castillo Cortés, alias “Max Max”, el principal explosivista del Bloque Occidental Jacobo Arenas y de la estructura Jaime Martínez, con cerca de 10 años de trayectoria criminal. Este bandido fue responsable del asesinato de muchos miembros de nuestra Fuerza Pública y de atentados terroristas que sembraron muerte y dolor entre cientos de civiles. Además, se desempeñaba como instructor de explosivistas y era responsable de decenas de acciones criminales. Por él se ofrecía una recompensa de hasta $500 millones. La operación se desarrolló en la vereda La Cabaña, zona rural de Jamundí, Valle del Cauca. Voy por todos. No habrá lugar donde puedan esconderse de la justicia y de nuestra Fuerza Pública.
