The closures, aimed at facilitating the movement of settlers, disruptedPalestiniantraffic and movement, according to WAFA.

Israeli occupation forces also set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to Jit village, east of Qalqilya, further restricting Palestinian movement.

The latest raids followed the detention of 10 Palestinians on Wednesday, when Israeli forces also demolished two homes and dozens of commercial structures during operations across the West Bank.

Two UN officials warned Wednesday that the situation in the West Bank had reached a “dangerous turning point,” citing escalating violence, displacement of Palestinians and accelerating Israeli settlement activity, and called for urgent action.
