I want you to know that this is one of those events that I enjoy, especially these events that I enjoy as president , because today we are not simply here to hand out documents or a certificate, we are here to accompany 100 young Dominicans at the beginning of a new stage of their lives. Today we open 100 doors to knowledge. Today we are promoting 100 personal projects [music] and sowing 15 new opportunities for the future of the Dominican Republic. [applause]
