A house is a nest. It's where people will raise their children, and the kids, with their own homes, will be able to make friends. And when we pay rent, we often have to move to a different neighborhood every year and we have to change schools. And when we move from one [music] village to another, we leave the friendships of one village and try to build friendships in another village. And when they own the house, they will own the yard. They will have friends forever. They will study there until they graduate. This is the dream, it's the most extraordinary thing we can do.
