⚜️ Congratulation of the head of the state to the participants of the ceremony dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the North Kazakhstan region Dear community! I sincerely congratulate you on the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the North Kazakhstan region! During this time, the Kyzylzhar region has passed through the avenue of development and turned into a historical region. Currently, North Kazakhstan is considered one of the grain regions of the country. Our farmers have mastered the ins and outs of farming and are working hard to ensure the food security of our country. Along with agriculture, processing industry and machine-building industries are rapidly developing in the region. Investment projects were undertaken and production facilities were put into operation. It is clear that all this will improve people's lives and contribute to the further development of the region. In this region, there is a trace of the famous Abylai Khan, who preserved the unity of the country in difficult times and became a symbol of wisdom and foresight. State and public figures, prominent representatives of culture and literature, veterans of labor, many dignitaries, famous sportsmen and qualified law enforcement specialists came from North Kazakhstan. As a united and creative country, we are successfully implementing large-scale changes. Only recently, our New Constitution, which is considered an iron pillar of the nation's development, entered into legal force. In the main document, the centuries-old dreams and heritage of our people and the unshakable values that guide the future were clearly reflected. The public of the region actively participated in the adoption of the Constitution and showed an excellent example of unity and responsibility. In the region, representatives of different ethnic groups live in harmony, preserving the traditions of mutual respect and friendship. The blessed region achieves all its success thanks to the creative power of its citizens. I hope that you will continue to participate in multiplying the welfare of the country in the future.
