Of course, all this contributes to improving the quality of life of the population and the prosperity of the region. Abylai Khan, known for his wisdom and foresight, lived on this sacred land and left an indelible imprint on history, preserving the unity of the people in a fateful time for our country. The North Kazakhstan region is the homeland of famous government and public figures, outstanding representatives of culture and literature, labor veterans, many respected personalities, famous athletes and law enforcement professionals. As a united and creative nation, we are successfully implementing large-scale transformations. Most recently, the New Constitution came into force, which became the key to the successful development of the country. The Basic Law embodied the centuries-old dreams and enduring values of our people, which will serve us as a reliable guide in the future. Residents of the region took an active part in the referendum on the draft Constitution, demonstrating unity and high responsibility. Representatives of various ethnic groups live in the region in an atmosphere of mutual respect and friendship, in peace and harmony. The fertile land owes all its achievements to the creative energy of its citizens. ⚜️ Поздравление Главы государства участникам торжественного мероприятия, посвященного 90-летию Северо-Казахстанской области Уважаемые участники! Искренне поздравляю вас с 90-летием со дня образования Северо-Казахстанской области! За это время регион добился впечатляющего прогресса в своем развитии, а его летопись обогатилась многими славными страницами. Сегодня Северный Казахстан – одна из главных житниц страны. Наши аграрии, блестяще владеющие мастерством земледелия, вносят весомый вклад в обеспечение продовольственной безопасности государства. Наряду с сельским хозяйством в регионе динамично развиваются перерабатывающая промышленность и машиностроение. Реализуются инвестиционные проекты, запускаются новые предприятия. Безусловно, все это способствует повышению качества жизни населения и процветанию края. На этой священной земле жил и оставил неизгладимый отпечаток в истории известный своей мудростью и дальновидностью Абылай хан, сохранивший единство народа в судьбоносное для нашей страны время. Северо-Казахстанская область является родиной известных государственных и общественных деятелей, выдающихся представителей культуры и литературы, ветеранов труда, многих уважаемых личностей, знаменитых спортсменов и профессионалов правоохранительной сферы. Как единая и созидательная нация мы успешно осуществляем масштабные преобразования. Совсем недавно вступила в силу Новая Конституция, ставшая залогом успешного развития страны. В Основном законе нашли воплощение многовековые мечты и непреходящие ценности нашего народа, которые и в будущем будут служить нам надежным ориентиром. Жители региона приняли самое активное участие в референдуме по проекту Конституции, продемонстрировав сплоченность и высокую ответственность. В области в атмосфере взаимного уважения и дружбы, в мире и согласии живут представители различных этносов. Всеми своими достижениями благодатный край обязан созидательной энергии своих граждан.
