Prime Minister Mr. Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi receives the head of the Saudi General Intelligence Service •••••••••• Today, Friday, the Prime Minister, Mr. Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi, received the Chief of General Intelligence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Khalid bin Ali Al-Humaidan, and his accompanying delegation, who conveyed a message from the Kingdom’s leadership that included renewing the invitation to the Prime Minister to visit the capital, Riyadh, in addition to discussing ways to enhance coordination and joint cooperation regarding security developments in the region. The Prime Minister stressed the Iraqi government’s keenness to consolidate cooperative relations with the Kingdom, in a way that serves the common interests of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, and contributes to supporting regional security and stability. His Excellency renewed the government's firm position to protect Iraq's sovereignty and the interests of its people, and not to allow its lands to be used as a launching pad for any actions or activities that affect any other country, based on constitutional responsibilities, commitment to the principles of good neighborliness, and respect for the sovereignty of brotherly and friendly countries.
