On August 11, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the leader of the nation, Emomali Rahmon, inaugurated the building of the Safia Preschool in the village of New Hayat of the city of Hisar. use they decided 200 children are educated in the institution, and 16 teachers and their assistants, who are all experienced and have pedagogical qualifications, are involved to work with them. The total number of employees in the preschool institution is 32 people. The building has 21 spacious training rooms, including 8 sleeping and resting rooms, a kitchen and auxiliary facilities, each of which is equipped with the necessary equipment and educational tools. Favorable conditions and opportunities have been created in the classrooms for the purpose of intellectual development of children and their upbringing in the spirit of patriotism and self-knowledge. 11 август Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, Пешвои миллат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон дар деҳоти Ҳаёти нави шаҳри Ҳисор бинои Муассисаи томактабии Сафияро мавриди истифода қарор доданд. Дар муассиса 200 кӯдак ба таълиму тарбия фаро гирифта шуда, барои кор бо онҳо 16 мураббия ва ёварони онҳо, ки ҳамагӣ соҳибтаҷриба ва дорои ихтисоси педагогӣ мебошанд, ҷалб гардидаанд. Шумораи умумии кормандон дар муассисаи томактабӣ 32 касро ташкил медиҳад. Бино дорои 21 ҳуҷраи барҳавои машғулият, аз ҷумла 8 ҳуҷраи хобу истироҳат, ошхона ва иншооти ёрирасон буда, ҳар кадоми он бо таҷҳизоти зарурӣ ва воситаҳои таълимӣ муҷаҳҳаз гардонида шудааст.
