Дар ҷараёни сафари кории Пешвои миллат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон ба шаҳри Ҳисор 8 муассисаи таҳсилоти миёнаи умумӣ бо фарогирии 5136 хонанда дар ду баст, 4 муассисаи томактабӣ бо фарогирии 640 кӯдак, 8 корхонаи саноатӣ, 4 иншооти сайёҳӣ, 3 иншооти хизматрасонӣ, дар умум бо таъсиси қариб 700 ҷойи кории доимӣ бунёд ва мавриди баҳрабардорӣ қарор дода шуд.
