His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a message of condolence to His Excellency President Abelardo de la Esperilla, President of the Republic of Colombia, for the victims of the earthquake that struck the west of the country, wishing His Highness a speedy recovery for the injured.
