His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, the Deputy Emir, sent a message of condolence to His Excellency President Abelardo de la Esperilla, President of the Republic of Colombia, for the victims of the earthquake that struck the west of the country, wishing His Highness a speedy recovery for the injured.
