Expanding and utilizing this infrastructure must be a top priority when adopting Russia's science budget. 🔹 Work must be organized in a way that allows Russian enterprises to act as direct customers for breakthrough solutions and technologies, making clear commitments to create successful, competitive products based on them. 🔹 Special attention must be paid to national genetic resource centers. Policies must be adopted to support development programs for these centers so they can expand their research. 🔹 In Russia, genetic resource data will be consolidated into the National Genetic Information Database. The decision to create it has been finalized. It is estimated that approximately 10 petabytes of data will be uploaded to this database annually, which is equivalent to over five trillion pages of printed text. 🔹 Russia's scientific organizations, high-tech companies, and educational institutions must be provided access to these unique databases. To achieve this, a platform-based ecosystem must be established for Russia's scientific and technological development. 🔹 The focus on establishing advanced, leading universities and research centers in non-metropolitan areas must be pursued further.
