China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC) Head Mr. ZHANG BINGNAN and its high-ranking delegation joined a meeting at the President's Office today (11) afternoon. There, there was a long discussion about the projects that are already underway and the projects proposed to be implemented in the future centered on the port city of Colombo. The representatives of the Chinese Communications Construction Company Limited said that the program carried out by the government has become the main factor in encouraging foreign investment, and due to the strong belief in it, they are working to bring more large investments to Sri Lanka. During this, there was a long discussion about the projects currently being implemented and the projects proposed to be implemented in the future focusing on the port city of Colombo. The representatives of the Chinese Communication Construction Company said that the program being carried out by the government has become an important factor in encouraging foreign investments, and due to the strong belief in it, they will take steps to bring more massive investments to Sri Lanka. I met with a senior delegation from China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), led by Mr. Zhang Bingnan, today (11) at the Presidential Secretariat. The meeting included extensive discussions on projects currently being implemented, as well as proposed future projects centered around the Colombo Port City. Representatives of China Communications Construction Company stated that the government's ongoing program of work has become a key factor in encouraging foreign investment. They expressed confidence in the direction being pursued by the Government and said that, based on this confidence, the company intends to facilitate further significant investment in Sri Lanka.
