Oleg Ivashchenko, Head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, gave a report on the preparation of the Russian mobilization. Everything is confirmed by internal Russian documents - they are preparing it for the fall, just after the simulated parliamentary elections. Putin's plan is not particularly complicated: he wants to portray that Russians seem to support the war - just about all the parties that have been admitted so far are in one way or another against peace. And then, after the so-called elections, he plans an additional rapid mobilization of several hundred thousand Russians by the end of the year, plus the same number for next year. This is in addition to the recruiting they are trying to do on contracts. We are preparing for our active actions, the maximum complication for Russia in the implementation of such plans. I defined the relevant tasks for our intelligence and special services of Ukraine.

Була доповідь ГУР МО – Олега Іващенка – про підготовку російської мобілізації. Все підтверджується внутрішніми російськими документами – вони її готують на осінь, якраз після імітації парламентських виборів. План у Путіна не особливо складний: він хоче зобразити, що росіяни начебто підтримують війну – якраз усі партії, які поки допущені, так чи інакше проти миру. І потім, після так званих виборів, планує додаткову швидку мобілізацію кількох сотень тисяч росіян до кінця року, плюс ще стільки ж – на наступний рік. Це на додачу до набору, який вони намагаються виконати по контрактах. Готуємося до своїх активних дій, максимального ускладнення Росії в реалізації таких планів. Я визначив нашим розвідкам і спеціальним службам України відповідні завдання.
