State flags and banners displaying the slogan “With a united homeland and a united people, we will build a new life and a new future!” are being put up along central streets. At the same time, buildings belonging to organizations, trade, and service facilities are being decorated. Improvement efforts are ongoing, including repair of internal roads within mahallas, fixing issues in the utilities system, and advancing entrepreneurial projects.

Residents of Yoshlik mahalla, winners of the recent Participatory Budgeting program, are actively involved in road asphalting projects. A total of 1.18 billion UZS has been allocated for these improvement works.
