Ihor Klymenko's report. They planned to strengthen the capabilities of the NSDC. In addition to the usual function of coordinating processes in the sphere of security and defense of Ukraine, a more realistic assessment of all parameters of the stability of our state is needed. Responding to emergency situations of a man-made nature, eliminating the consequences of Russian strikes, carrying out tasks to prepare regions and communities for the winter period and the corresponding challenges - all this should take place much more quickly. Ihor agreed to the necessary organizational and personnel decisions. They agreed on a change in approaches to the formation of the agenda and control over the implementation of the decisions of the Stavka and the National Security Council. They also identified measures for better results of Ukraine in the directions of ensuring cyber security and information stability, as well as countering Russian information operations.

Доповідь Ігоря Клименка. Запланували посилення спроможностей РНБО. Окрім звичної функції координації процесів у сфері безпеки та оборони України, потрібно більше реальної оцінки всіх параметрів стійкості нашої держави. Реагування на надзвичайні ситуації техногенного характеру, ліквідація наслідків російських ударів, виконання завдань для підготовки областей і громад до зимового періоду та відповідних викликів – усе це має відбуватися значно оперативніше. Погодив Ігорю необхідні організаційні та кадрові рішення. Домовилися про зміну підходів до формування порядку денного та контролю за виконанням рішень Ставки й РНБО. Визначили також заходи для кращих результатів України у напрямках забезпечення кібербезпеки та інформаційної стійкості, а також протидії російським інформаційним операціям.
