For instance, recognizing sections with spare capacity allows quick load redistribution during power outages, ensuring continued electricity supply.

Additional demands resulting from constructing multi-storey residential buildings, social facilities, enterprises, and production sites will be considered separately. If existing capacity is inadequate, it will be pre-identified which networks or transformers require reinforcement, where new infrastructure is needed, and what resources will be necessary.
