The Ministry of Communication, Science, Technology & Innovation (MICSTI) invites you to participate in thePublic Digital Services Experience Survey, conducted as part of Lesotho’sDigital Readiness Assessment.

This national survey seeks to understand how people across Lesotho experience digital government services by collecting insights from individuals who interact with services such as online applications, digital payments, mobile‑based public services, education platforms, health information systems and other digital channels, while also exploring access to digital services, user experience and usability, inclusion and accessibility, trust and perceptions of security, digital skills and support needs, and expectations for improvement.

Your feedback will help ensure that digital transformation in Lesotho delivers services that areeasy to use, reliable, secure and accessible to everyone.
