Kuwait, UAE condemn Jaramana bus bombing, voice support for Syria
Kuwait City/ Abu Dhabi, Aug. 7 (SANA)Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates condemned on Friday the bombing of a passenger bus in Jaramana, Damascus countryside, and reaffirmed its support for Syria in measures taken to safeguard its security and stability.
In a statement posted on X, the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry reiterated Kuwait’s “firm rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism,” and affirmed its “support for the sisterlySyrian Arab Republicin all measures it takes to preserve its security, stability and the safety of its people.”
Meanwhile the UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed, in a statement posted on X, its strong condemnation of the terrorist act and reaffirmed its rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism aimed at undermining security and stability.
The ministry also expressed its solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic and its people, wishing all those injured a speedy recovery.The bombing struck a passenger bus inJaramanaon Thursday evening, injuring 14 civilians.F.J.
