Informatiesessie Good Governance en Effectief Toezicht
The Office of the President announces that an information session on Good Governance and Effective Supervision will be organized on Thursday, May 21, 2026, under the auspices of President Jennifer Simons.
This session is intended for members of Supervisory Boards and Supervisory Boards of government and parastatal institutions. The meeting also marks the start of the training program that will be offered by the government to supervisors within these institutions.
During the information session, attention will be paid to, among other things: • The role and responsibilities of supervisors • Integrity, transparency and accountability • Liability and responsibilities • The practical implementation of effective supervision

Het Kabinet van de President maakt bekend dat er op donderdag 21 mei 2026, onder auspiciën van president Jennifer Simons, een informatiesessie wordt georganiseerd over Good Governance en Effectief Toezicht. Deze sessie is bestemd voor leden van Raden van Commissarissen en Raden van Toezicht van overheids- en parastatale instellingen. De bijeenkomst vormt tevens de aanloop naar het trainingsprogramma dat door de overheid zal worden aangeboden aan toezichthouders binnen deze instellingen.
