The Royal Government has decided: - Giving preference to suspend the implementation of additional tax for late payment of stamp duty, which shall be subject to a fine equal to 100 (one hundred) percent of the tax payable on a warrant or delivery order beyond 3 months from the date of issuance of the Capital-Provincial Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction and Cadastral Department until the end of 2027. Permission to extend the validity of the Notification No. 367 SORN dated 2 May 2017 of the Office of the Council of Ministers by allowing the payment of the stamp duty only once for the last time in the case of real estate with multiple backgrounds until the end of July 2026. - Permission to pay stamp duty and property tax on the last construction just by having a construction permit or construction confirmation by the relevant authority on the construction date.
