Orientation post-Bac 2026-2027 : Le Gouvernement lance la campagne nationale d'information des nouveaux bacheliers
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS), in charge of Technical Training, Dr. Sèdami MEDEGAN FAGLA, gave, on Thursday July 30, 2026, at the National University of Sciences, Technologies, Engineering and Mathematics (UNSTIM) in Abomey, the official kick-off of the national awareness and information campaign intended for new baccalaureate holders for the 2026-2027 academic year. This campaign aims to support new admissions in the informed choice of their university career by presenting them with the different training offers available in public establishments, the orientation criteria as well as the digital tools made available to them, in particular the apresmonbac.bjet GUIDO platform, the digital information guide accessible via the following link: https://guide.apresmonbac.bj/ In her intervention, the Minister sent her warm congratulations to the new baccalaureate holders before inviting them to make responsible and thoughtful choices. She insisted on the importance of favoring sectors in line with their skills, their ambitions and the needs of the job market, recalling that orientation constitutes a decisive step in the construction of a successful professional project. She also urged them to obtain information from the ministry's official sources and to take full advantage of the digital tools made available to them to make their choices with full knowledge of the facts. At the end of the various presentations, the new baccalaureate graduates took an active part in the discussions by asking numerous questions relating to the conditions of access to the different sectors, orientation procedures, professional opportunities, scholarships as well as the operation of the ApresMonBac platform. These exchanges made it possible to provide precise answers to their concerns and to dispel several misunderstandings. Because a successful orientation constitutes the first step towards a successful career, the teams of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research will begin, from the week, a national awareness tour which will take them to all the departments of Benin in order to meet the new baccalaureate graduates, to inform them and to respond to all of their concerns.

Elle les a également exhortés à s'informer auprès des sources officielles du ministère et à tirer pleinement profit des outils numériques mis à leur disposition pour effectuer leurs choix en toute connaissance de cause.À l'issue des différentes présentations, les nouveaux bacheliers ont pris une part active aux échanges en posant de nombreuses questions relatives aux conditions d'accès aux différentes filières, aux procédures d'orientation, aux débouchés professionnels, aux bourses ainsi qu'au fonctionnement de la plateformeApresMonBac. Ces échanges ont permis d'apporter des réponses précises à leurs préoccupations et de dissiper plusieurs incompréhensions.Parce qu'une orientation réussie constitue la première étape vers une carrière réussie, les équipes du Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique entameront, dès la semaine, une tournée nationale de sensibilisation qui les conduira dans tous les départements du Bénin afin de rencontrer les nouveaux bacheliers, de les informer et de répondre à l'ensemble de leurs préoccupations.
