SNS juramenta nueva directora en Hospital Provincial Toribio Bencosme
SantoDomingo.–The executive director of the National Health Service (SNS), Dr. Julio Landrón, swore in doctor Erimar Grullón as the new director of the Toribio Bencosme Provincial Hospital, in Moca, with the purpose of strengthening the quality of the services received by the population of the Espaillat province.
During the event, Landrón urged the new director to carry out her duties with commitment, transparency and vocation for service. Likewise, she expressed her confidence that her clinical experience, leadership and human quality will contribute to the strengthening of the center's management and the consolidation of increasingly efficient and humanized care for users.
Doctor Erimar Grullón thanked the trust placed in Superson and stated that she assumes the direction of the Toribio Bencosme Provincial Hospital with responsibility, commitment and the firm conviction to work alongside the health team to continue raising the quality of services.
Dr. Grullón is a doctor specializing in Hematology, with a career of ten years in the health sector. Since 2022, she has been working as a hematologist at the Toribio Bencosme Provincial Hospital and at the Dr. Gregorio Hernández Medical Institute, in Moca.
In the academic field, he works as a professor of Hematology at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where he contributes to the training of new medical professionals.
Grullón completed her specialty in Hematology at the Hermanos Ameijeiras Clinical Surgical Hospital, in Havana, Cuba, after obtaining the title of Doctor of Medicine at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). In addition, she has strengthened her preparation with training and diplomas in hematopoietic progenitor cell transplantation, blood bank, hemostasis, hematology and pedagogy. He is currently pursuing a diploma in health management.
The new director is also an active member of national and international scientific societies, including the Dominican Society of Hematology and Haemostasis, the Spanish Society of Hematology and Haemostasis, the European Hematology Association (EHA), the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) and the GELL Group.
Also present at the swearing-in was the director of the Cibao Norte Regional Health Service, Dr. Bernardo Hilario, who accompanied the executive director of the National Health Service during the inauguration ceremony of the new director of the Toribio Bencosme Provincial Hospital.
