Now Ukraine has reached a new level of cooperation with key partners in the military sphere, namely the Drone Deals format. Thanks to the Drone Deals format, Ukraine receives long-term - annual! - financing for Ukraine, for Ukrainian defense industries - a stable financial basis for the defense industry. Partners get modern defense. Drone Deals are currently in place with nine countries, and another 15 are in the works. Rustem Umyerov will continue to coordinate all this work, and in order for him to have more opportunities to deal with precisely such issues of diplomacy and defense at the same time, as well as the process of negotiations with the United States, other identified partners, as well as negotiations on the end of the Russian war, Rustem Umyerov will be appointed the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine. Зараз Україна вийшла на новий рівень співпраці з ключовими партнерами у воєнній сфері, а саме – формати Drone Deals. Завдяки формату Drone Deals Україна отримує довгострокове – щорічне! – фінансування для України, для українських оборонних виробництв – стійку фінансову основу для оборонної галузі. Партнери ж отримують сучасну оборону. Зараз Drone Deals укладені з дев’ятьма країнами, і в роботі ще 15 угод. Рустем Умєров і надалі буде координувати всю цю роботу, і щоб у нього було більше можливостей займатися саме такими питаннями одночасно дипломатії та оборони, а також процесом перемовин зі Сполученими Штатами, іншими визначеними партнерами, а також перемовин щодо закінчення російської війни, Рустем Умєров буде призначений керівником Служби зовнішньої розвідки України.
