Today, the Air Force is much more than a type of military. This is a component of our defense, which in many ways really determines the course of this war. Ukrainians did not and will not give their sky to the Russians. And one of the most important results of our people during the full-scale war. We did not allow our Air Force to be destroyed and were able to develop it in such a way that Russia regularly loses its planes. And now, when Putin's only bet, the last bet left, is his massive strikes against Ukraine, the Air Force - our combat aircraft destroys Russian cruise missiles, tries to destroy ballistics, and when the divisions of our "patriots" are not empty, it succeeds. It is important that thanks to our cooperation with Europe, our "irises", "hoks", "nasamsy" are working. We fight every day to supply them with missiles. And I am grateful that our partners in the world help us with this. Of course, ballistics remains a problem, but we have provided Ukraine with protection against a significant number of cruise missiles and are shooting down significantly. The rate of shooting down attack drones is also more than 90%, and this is a very important result for Ukraine - all of us, all of you. I thank all of you - everyone present here, each and every one of the defenders of the Ukrainian sky, who, despite the fact that the battle is not equal and the lack of means for shooting down, are doing incredible things - doing more than the maximum. You showed the world your skill and proved that Ukrainians are capable of overcoming anything and only weapons and means are needed for this. We are proud of you. And we honor all our heroes who gave their lives so that Ukraine would live, who protected us and remained forever in heaven.

Сьогодні Повітряні Сили – це значно більше ніж один із видів військ. Це складова нашого захисту, яка багато в чому реально визначає перебіг цієї війни. Українці не віддали і не віддають росіянам своє небо. І один з найбільш вагомих результатів нашого народу за час повномасштабної війни. Ми не дали знищити наші Повітряні Сили та змогли розвинути їх так, що Росія регулярно втрачає свої літаки. І зараз, коли єдиною ставкою, останньою ставкою, яка залишилась у Путіна, є його масовані удари проти України, Повітряні Сили – наша бойова авіація знищує російські крилаті ракети, старається знищити балістику, і, коли дивізіони наших «петріотів» не пусті, це вдається. Важливо, що завдяки нашій співпраці з Європою наші «айріси», «хоки», «насамси» працюють. Ми кожен день боремось за постачання ракет до них. І я вдячний, що партнери в світі нам із цим допомагають. Звісно, що балістика залишається проблемою, але ми забезпечили Україні захист від значної кількості крилатих ракет і збиваємо суттєво. Рівень збиття ударних дронів теж більше 90%, і це дуже вагомий результат України – усіх нас, усіх вас. Я дякую всім вам – усім присутнім тут, кожному й кожній з оборонців українського неба, які попри фактично нерівний бій та недостатність засобів для збиття роблять неймовірні речі – роблять більше ніж максимум. Ви показали світу майстерність і довели: українці спроможні долати будь-що і потрібні для цього лише зброя і засоби. Пишаємося вами. І шануємо всіх наших героїв, хто віддав своє життя, аби жила Україна, хто захистив нас і назавжди залишився в небі.
