Damascus, Aug. 1 (SANA) Defense Minister Maj. Gen.Murhaf Abu Qasradiscussed regional developments during a phone call on Saturday with his Turkish counterpart, Gen.Yaşar Güler.

The two ministers exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest, according to the Ministry of Defense’s Telegram channel.

They also discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the two countries in a manner that serves their shared interests.
