The Office of the Vice President, Mr Sebastien Pillay, extends its deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones of Mr. Daniel Burka following his passing.

Mr. Burka dedicated many years of service to the Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation as a Sound Engineer, where his professionalism and commitment contributed greatly to the country's broadcasting sector. Beyond his work at SBC, he was widely recognised as DJ Burka, bringing joy and entertainment to countless Seychellois through his passion for music.

His passing is a great loss to the broadcasting and entertainment communities, and to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

During this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and colleagues. May they find strength and comfort in the cherished memories they shared with him.
