We are taking the first step of our Social Housing for Rent Application by saying Bismillah and adding 15 thousand social housing for rent in Istanbul. We start renting our houses in September. We will collect requests and determine the beneficiaries by lottery in the presence of a notary, in a fair and transparent manner. These residences will be rented below the market price in the region where they are located. Our lease agreements will be for three years. After three years, the evacuation and maintenance processes of the houses will be completed and these houses will be transferred to new needy people determined by lottery. Thus, we will provide a sigh of relief to tens of thousands of low-income families within this circulation. I wish good luck to my citizens of Istanbul in advance.

Kiralık Sosyal Konut Uygulamamızın ilk adımını bismillah diyerek İstanbul’da 15 bin kiralık sosyal konutla atıyoruz. Eylül ayında konutlarımızı kiralamaya başlıyoruz. Talep toplayıp adil ve şeffaf bir şekilde, noter huzurunda kura usulüyle hak sahiplerini belirleyeceğiz. Bu konutlarımız, bulunduğu bölgedeki piyasa rayiç bedelinin altında kiralanacak. Kira sözleşmelerimiz üç yıllık olacak. Üç sene sonra evlerin tahliye ve bakım süreçleri tamamlanacak ve bu konutlar kura ile belirlenen yeni ihtiyaç sahiplerine devredilecek. Böylece on binlerce dar gelirli ailemize bu sirkülasyon içinde rahat bir nefes aldıracağız. İstanbullu vatandaşlarıma şimdiden hayırlı, uğurlu olsun.
