Daraa, Aug .1 (SANA)Israeli occupation forces carried out Saturday an incursion intoWadi al-Raqadin the westernDaraacountryside, southwesternSyria, searching a civilian home before withdrawing.

According to SANA’s reporter in Daraa, an Israeli force consisting of six military vehicles advanced toward Wadi al-Raqad and set up a temporary checkpoint on the Wadi al-Raqad Bridge.

The force subsequently entered and searched a residential house, remaining inside for several minutes before leaving the area without detaining any residents.

“Israel” violates the1974 Disengagement agreementthrough repeated incursions into southern Syria, as well as raids, arrests, land bulldozing and shelling houses.

Syria has repeatedly called for the withdrawal ofIsraeli occupationforces from Syrian territory, stressing that all Israeli measures are null and void under international law and carry no legal effect.
