Kuwait, July 31 (SANA)Kuwait on Friday condemned continuedIranian attackson its territory, saying drones targeted several vital and military facilities across the country.

Kuwait’s Foreign Ministrysaid in a statement posted on X that the attacks violate Kuwait’s sovereignty and international law, the UN Charter and UN Security Council Resolution 2817, warning of a dangerous escalation and a systematic hostile approach.

It reaffirmed the right to take all necessary measures to protect national sovereignty, security and the safety of citizens and residents.

Earlier, theDefense Ministrysaid hostile drones had been detected in Kuwaiti airspace, intercepted and destroyed while targeting vital and military facilities.kA/MZN
