Damascus, July 31 (SANA)The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Damascus hosted an official reception on Thursday on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of King Mohammed VI’s accession to the throne.

The Chargé d’Affaires of the Moroccan Embassy in Syria,Abdullah Babah, received the attendees, which comprised several government ministers, members of the People’s Assembly, religious figures, representatives of foreign and Arab diplomatic missions, political, economic, and media personalities, and members of the Moroccan community residing in Syria.

On Wednesday, theMinistry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriatesconveyed a congratulatory message on behalf of the Syrian Arab Republic to the leadership and people of the Kingdom of Morocco on the occasion of Throne Day.

In a statement published across its official platforms, the ministry expressed its best wishes for the Kingdom of Morocco’s continued security and stability.
