Capitals, July 31 (SANA)The Muslim World League (MWL) and Palestine on Friday condemned attacks targeting Kuwait, Jordan and Egypt, expressing solidarity with the three countries and warning that such incidents threaten regional security and stability.In a statement published on its official website, the MWL’s General Secretariat said Secretary-GeneralMohammad bin Abdulkarim al-Issadenounced the attacks, including those targeting critical civilian infrastructure and vital facilities, describing them as violations of international norms and values.Al-Issa reaffirmed the league’s full solidarity with Kuwait, Jordan and Egypt, backing measures taken by the three countries to protect their sovereignty, security and the safety of their citizens and residents.In a separate statement,the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriatescondemned anIranian attackon a building in Kuwait, saying it constituted a violation of the country’s sovereignty and posed a threat to its security and stability.According to the Palestinian news agency WAFA, the ministry said the attack represented a dangerous escalation that threatened regional security and violated the United Nations Charter and international law. It stressed the importance of respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of states.The ministry reaffirmed Palestine’s full solidarity with Kuwait—its leadership, government and people—and expressed support for measures taken by the Gulf state to safeguard its security, stability and the safety of its citizens and residents.On Thursday,Kuwait’s Ministry of Defensesaid an Iranian attack targeted a building belonging to a Chinese company in the north of the country, killing one worker and causing extensive damage. Jordan’s military said it had intercepted five missiles aimed at the kingdom.On Wednesday, maritime security firm Ambrey reported that a drone struck a U.S.-owned liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier at Egypt’s Damietta Port on the Mediterranean coast, while port services provider Inchcape said fires broke out aboard two LNG vessels inside the port.
