The activity was also accompanied by the First Lady of the Nation, Leticia Ocampos, ministers of the Executive Branch, departmental and municipal authorities.
During the day, more than 1,200 people accessed health services, identification, documentation, disability certification, guidance to access social programs, assistance for productive development and financing opportunities.
A comprehensive response for families
President Peña pointed out that the Government works in a coordinated manner to bring concrete solutions to the communities of the interior, strengthening the presence of the State through social programs, public services and policies that improve the quality of life of Paraguayan families.
The Minister of Social Development, Tadeo Rojas, highlighted the articulated work of the Social Cabinet, whose institutions were installed the day before to coordinate the activity. Likewise, he recalled that these days are part of a strategy that is permanently developed in different parts of the country to strengthen the presence of the State in the communities.
The Minister of Women, Alicia Pomata, highlighted that the Ciudad Mujer Móvila program served more than 7,000 women during the first semester in more than seven departments, while 28,000 women and their families already accessed comprehensive services. He also highlighted that the day brought together 33 State institutions and brought together initiatives such as Ñepyrũrã 2.0 of the Agricultural Habilitation Credit, Kuña Katupyry of the National Development Bank, the INDERT programs for access to land and the National Care Policy, which includes the beginning of the works of the Comprehensive Early Childhood Center in Alto Verá.
More solutions for families
For his part, the Minister of Urban Planning, Housing and Habitat, Juan Carlos Baruja, highlighted that the current administration has already promoted more than 46,000 housing solutions and delivered almost 34,000 homes in less than three years, constituting the greatest progress recorded in that period of government.
