His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a message of condolence to His Majesty Emperor Naruhito, Emperor of Japan, for the victims of the earthquake that struck the city of Kumamoto  in southern Japan, wishing His Highness a speedy recovery for the injured.
