His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, the Deputy Emir, sent a message of condolence to His Majesty Emperor Naruhito of Japan, regarding the victims of the earthquake that struck the city of Kumamoto  in southern Japan, wishing His Highness a speedy recovery for the injured.
