Today, on behalf of the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Speaker of the Mejlis D. Gulmanova accepted the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to Turkmenistan, Boumediene Guennad. During the conversation, the ambassador was introduced to the composition of the national parliament, the work on comprehensive modernization of the country's legislative base, and the main directions of Turkmenistan's domestic and foreign policy. As mentioned, under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan, Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan implements creative and successful initiatives aimed at expanding international cooperation, global peace, and stability. In this regard, it was said that our country is interested in developing cooperation with the countries of the world, including the countries of the African region. Today, on the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the Chairman of the Mejlis D. Gulmanova received the credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to Turkmenistan Boumediene Guennad.
The leader of the National Parliament congratulated the diplomat on his appointment to the important position on behalf of the Turkmen leader and wished him success in his work to strengthen relations between the two countries.
Expressing his happiness for the cordial reception, the diplomat conveyed the warm greetings of the President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria Abdelmajid Tebbou to the President of the Turkmen Republic and his best wishes to all the Turkmen people.
