As noted during the meeting, Japanese investors have already begun implementing a project in Khorezm region. They have started managing approximately 50 apartment buildings that previously lacked a management organization, carrying out their comprehensive renovation, and introducing a modern management and service system.

Furthermore, representatives of Japanese companies suggested taking over management of apartment buildings in Tashkent that lack management coverage. They likewise proposed integrating advanced Japanese practices, digital management tools, modern technical solutions, and high-quality services into the housing management sector.

Ozoda Jurayeva noted that interest from Japanese companies in Uzbekistan reflects global recognition of the country’s reforms in apartment building management.

The parties demonstrated their willingness to strengthen cooperation to establish a long-term partnership in managing apartment housing, advancing promising investment initiatives, and aligning the quality of services offered to the public with international standards.
