Xinhua reports that the exhibition features five sections: “A shared journey over 25 years”, “Strengthening the foundations for safeguarding peace”, “Shared prosperity: opening up new opportunities”, “Bridges between hearts: a shared future”, and “A new chapter of a shared destiny”.

The 32 photographs depict the organization’s historical evolution, highlight notable moments of collaboration, and capture warm smiles that symbolize the strengthening ties between peoples.

Kadyrbek Sarbayev, Senior Expert at the SCO Secretariat, emphasized that the photo exhibition focuses specifically on the history of the organization, its founding, growth, development, and rise to becoming a significant transregional entity.

He emphasized that the SCO’s role is increasing each year.

Andrei Mokhor, Director General of BelTA, noted that the photographs spanned 25 years, highlighting the various stages of development and how they compare to today. He observed that these images collectively illustrate the long journey of progress, exemplified by the SCO’s success in uniting different peoples, efforts, policies, and economies for shared benefits.

Kyrgyz expert Ismail Dairov praised the organization’s rapid progress after he visited the photo exhibition.

The SCO has undoubtedly made a remarkable journey over the last 25 years, and its impressive future growth is certainly welcome.
