Damascus, July 29 (SANA)– TheMinistry of Tourismon Wednesday launched theMy Syriaapplication, an integrated digital platform providing tourism, hospitality, and lifestyle services, during an event held at theSeven Gates Hotel in Damascus.

The launch ceremony was attended byMinister of Tourism Mazen al-Salhani, Minister of Communications and Information TechnologyAbdul Salam Haykal,Director General of the Investment AuthorityTalal al-Hilali, and President of theFederation of Tourism ChambersMurhaf Nezha.

Developed byUAE-based company121 Living for Property Management, the application enables cross-border digital payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major international payment cards, allowing visitors from abroad to use the payment methods available in their home countries.

The My Syria application also provides local companies with broader opportunities to reach new customer segments and participate more effectively inSyria’s digital economy.

The application is the outcome of a memorandum of understanding signed in August 2025 between the Ministry of Tourism and 121 Living for Property Management to enhancedigital tourism services in Syria. The agreement provides for cooperation in developing an integrated tourism services platform, including support for the holiday homes (furnished apartments) sector, in line with international standards and under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism.
