His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received, in his office at Lusail Palace this morning, His Excellency Dr. Faiq Zaidan, President of the Supreme Judicial Council of the sisterly Republic of Iraq, who offered his condolences to His Highness on the death of the late, God willing, His Highness the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, praying to God Almighty that the deceased be filled with His vast mercy and reside in His spacious paradise.

For his part, His Highness the Emir expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the President of the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council for his sincere feelings and generous sympathy.
